Our experience and expertise includes representation in Domestic Violence Applications before the District Courts in Dublin, to include Barring Orders, Safety Orders, Protection Orders and Undertakings given to the Court in such cases.

We have extensive experience of dealing with Section 32 Assessors and addressing issues arising from reports concerning the best interests and welfare of children and can advise in relation to these reports and the procedures relating to them.
