The employer/employee relationship is fundamental to most of our daily lives. We can advise and represent individuals and businesses in relation to all Employment Law areas, from the creation and negotiation of the Employment Contract, in respect of which we can advise both employers and employees, to claims before the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court.
We have a keen interest in ensuring the implementation of Fair Procedures in Disciplinary matters and in Unfair Dismissals. We have also successfully represented a number of clients at internal disciplinary proceedings. We can also advise on matters such as Redundancy and Transfer of Undertakings.
We have a particular interest in the areas of Employment Equality, including the protection of pregnant employees and other gender-related employment matters and immigration matters related to employment.
