We advise on all aspects of Social Welfare Law and Social Protection matters. We have experience representing clients in relation to Social Welfare matters in their dealings with the Department of Social Protection.

We have successfully represented clients before the Social Welfare Appeals Tribunal and can advise on matters in relation to Social Welfare Law and represent clients before the Courts in relation to same.

We have a particular interest in the application of Social Welfare Law to migrants, with reference specifically to the Habitual Residence Condition and entitlement to Disability Allowance, Jobseeker’s Allowance and Jobseeker’s Benefit, Supplementary Welfare Allowance and Emergency and Exceptional Needs Payments.
