We have a particular interest in the application of Social Welfare Law to migrants, with reference specifically to the Habitual Residence Condition and entitlement to Disability Allowance, Jobseeker’s Allowance and Jobseeker’s Benefit, Supplementary Welfare Allowance and Emergency and Exceptional Needs Payments.
